During the opening of an exhibition by DAve SChweitzer, the Flemish Minister of Work and Tourism spoke highly of the promising artist. He purchased his first artwork by SChweitzer two years ago.
“His paintings have something particular,” says Landuyt. “You could compare some of his works to those of Jackson Pollock, but that doens’t honor SChweitzer, who is a real autodidact. I like his work for the colors and the deeper meaning of it.”
